Bozeman loosens parking requirements to spur development in ‘Midtown’

Even in Montana they are removing parking requirements and zoning for infill development to encourage economic activity.  Here’s a quote from the mayor of Bozeman, Montana:

“We have to meet the requirements of the environment in any way that we can or climate change, global warming, will overtake us,” Taylor said. “To me, that means infill, that means density, and it means building up.”
